I also grew up in a family that really didn’t honour my sensitivity or my femininity and subconsciously taught me to deny both of those things. Since I started my healing journey, I have shed so many layers that were weighing me down and now feel truer to myself than ever. Healing starts within each and every one of us and it expands outwards. Join me. I want to share these gifts with you.
