Reiki Levels 1&2 Training

Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage

An Initiation into deeper healing, Intuition
and Connection to the Divine

There comes a moment on the path when you cannot deny something within you anymore.

This moment is a remembering of your sensitivity
Your intuitive knowing
Your capacity to heal—first yourself, and (eventually) others

Reiki Level 1 was the answer to that moment for me, and it might be for you too.

This in-person Reiki Level 1 training is a sacred initiation into the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage
and a powerful starting point for those who feel called to reconnect with their healing gifts in this lifetime.

While Reiki Level 1 is traditionally focused on self-healing, it is also very often the
activation point for lightworkers—the moment the energy begins flowing again,
the switch turns on, and your intuitive senses deepen.

Level 2 will also be offered on the same day for those who are ready to learn
more advanced levels of healing and to support others as a practitioner.

You will learn Reiki symbols for emotional and mental healing, as well as distance healing.

If you’d like to take level 2, you must already have level 1 in the same Master Usui lineage.
*Some exceptions may be made depending on your other experience or level of readiness.
Please email me to discuss info@sarashirley.com

Level 1 is for self-healing and practicing on close friends and family.
Level 2 is when you can begin to work on others and charge for your services.

Level 3 or Reiki Master is when you can go on to teach and attune others to Reiki.

It’s important to take time between each level, to practice, develop your skills and remain in integrity.

During this full-day immersion, you will

• Receive your Reiki Level 1 and/or 2 attunement
• Learn the history and lineage of Reiki
• Be taught the Reiki Level 1 and/or 2 symbols and how to work with them
• Deepen your understanding of the chakra system
• Learn foundational energy practices to feel energy more clearly and work with it safely
• Learn how to smudge and clear energy intentionally
• Receive an introduction to reading oracle cards intuitively
• Gain tools to feel more grounded, balanced, centred, and connected to the Divine
• Learn how to give Reiki to yourself and experience brief practice with others

• Level 2 students will be given more time to practice directly on others.

This training is especially aligned for those who are sensitive, empathic, intuitive,
or who know—deep down—that they are meant to serve in some way, even if the path is not yet fully clear.

What you’ll receive

• In-person Reiki Level 1 and/or 2 attunement
• Printed Reiki 1 or 2 manual to support your integration
• A safe, grounded, high-vibration container
• A potent activation to support your long-term journey as an awakening being, healer or lightworker

You will also have the opportunity to join my upcoming in-person Reiki student practice sessions (for a small additional fee)

Lunch

We’ll share a high-vibe, potluck-style lunch together—please bring something nourishing to share.

This training is not about becoming a “Reiki practitioner” overnight.

It’s about remembering who you are, learning how to “heal” and support yourself
in deeper ways, and opening the doorway to a deeper relationship with energy, intuition, and Service.
